Juicy Delights: Exploring the World of Fruit

Hello my beautiful souls, how are you on this rainy day.

I just made the most delicious fruit salad to pick up my spirits containing strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, and watermelon! Not only is it super tasty, but each fruit has amazing health benefits too!

Strawberries are packed with vitamin C, which helps boost your immune system and keep your skin looking healthy. Blackberries are high in fiber, which aids in digestion and can help lower cholesterol levels. Blueberries are loaded with antioxidants, which can help protect your body from damage caused by free radicals. And last but not least, watermelon is a great source of hydration and contains lycopene, which can help protect against certain types of cancer.

So not only is this fruit salad a delicious treat, but it’s also a great way to give your body some much-needed nutrients. I kicked it up a notch by adding shaved coconut and flaxseeds for energy, milk production, and digestion.

Flaxseeds aren’t the best tasting but it’s benefits are endless. I did some research band taste testing and found Spectrum is the best brand, their ground flaxseeds with mixed berries is delicious on fruit, oatmeal and yogurt.
