How are you my happy, healing soul you. I know ive been in and out but when I tell you Ive been in horrible tooth pain, its been rough. But Im still determined. I must keep my calorie intake up due to im still breastfeeding, the pressure of the milk shortage does not help my anxiety.
But we stay positive. I pumped for thr first time in months, small progress. I plan to pump again after this next feeding. I need to get back to my first schedule, every 2 hours for 2 weeks, then every 3 hours for 2 weeks. I hope to get there.
Ive been seeing alot of summer time salads and I wanted to make one as well. Mine was with tomatoes, cucumber, fetta and dressing.


Making baby food is always on the agenda. Today was steamed peaches, apple, spinach and kale. I then blended it.
Staying motivated can be hard, gaining focus even harder. But you can with a routine, realizing when your off balance and doing something about it. Why stay in bad energy when you can step into peace. Good day
