Go To Breakfast | Spring into April

How are you my happy, healthy and healed souls. I hope having a productive day. I spent my day with the family and spending all our money in Target. I think what got me going was my organized fridge and determination to get a new product launched soon. Keeping myself in a good head space for whats to come.

From doging arguments to staying on task the best of my ability, small changes invite your desires. One of mt commitments has been breakfast. Even if it’s something simple I’ve been making sure I eat. Some of mt favorites are

  • Oatmeal and turkey sausage and fruit
  • Boils eggs and raisin bread
  • Cereal and a banana or grapefruit
  • Yogurt, boiled egg and fruit

Today I did oatmeal, toast and fruit. Im realizng in my journey the importance of have a routine, healthy habits and why protecting your piece is so important, why having a good outlook on things leads to greater success and things like meditation, mindfulness and holistic practices were my missing links.

Inspired to take hold of my health ans holistic journey more i bought more kitchen gadgets and materials to hopefully release a line of spices for you all.

One of my first creations was ramen. I used some herbs and spices I dehydrated myself to take this dish to new levels.
