Hello my happy, healed and holistic person. How are you? Have you been kind to yourself today? I must have not been because I am very ill, along with my family. Whatever it is is making its rounds but im fighting back with seamoss, loads of tea, steam, and nutrition packed meals.
Meals that are easy to reheat and warming to the soul is important when under the weather. So i made a pot of chicken noodle and a pot of sausage and lentil soup. Both delicious and pretty easy to make. Both packed with loads of chicken brooth, a little seamoss, onion and loads of garlic to knock of any congestion and aches.
The lentil soup had: sausage, lentils, carrots, garlic, a little chicken and seasoning

End product, the spinach is optional but oh so tastey and adds vitamin a to the mix.

I also made a slamming chicken noodle with chicken, onion, carrorts, chicken brooth and garlic. I found the cute noodles at my local market

I will be back soon healthy and but I didnt want you guys to think i forgot about you.
