Mindful March | Clean House

Good day and happy healing. Today js a great day to wake up with a smile, take those vitamins, drink that water, strap on that waste band and get going. One thing you are, worth it.

As promised March will be full of challenges, activities, healing processes and more to hopefully aide and guide you in your journey. This week you will need

  • Journal & pen
  • Cleaning supplies & organizers (optional) 

Im giving you a couple of days for a reason, plan and plan for minor set backs but remember your determination for a mindful march these few things are

The the time to write out your goals (1 mon, 3 mon, 6 month), clean out your fridge and put a little money to the side because we going shopping (stay in your budget, alot of goods are at dollar trees, kroger, Your kitchen cabinets and more), and clean/organize your work space and closet we are striving for a clearer mind.
