Mental Health Check in | Mindful March

March is just a day away and I think its time we take some time to self and regroup and regain self. I said 2022 was gonna be my year and and honestly I haven’t been doing much to make it that. Nothing to blame but lack of self motivation.

How do we get motived when we are down. Well we start small and work our way from there. I like to realistic maybe a little to blunt but why not the virgo in me is through and true. But kind also and knowing that like anything we learned in life it will take time.

Mindful march will be full of mindfulness challenges, activities, knowledge, empowerment, and much more in these upcoming 31 days. A

ll youll really needs is a

  • notebook
  • your self as you are right now
  • the willingness to try to let go
  • regain control
  • desire to keep healthy and healed habits
  • maybe a resitance band and or weights (im using my 4 month old)

This first week we are starting fresh.

  • setting goals
  • 5 min mediation
  • Cleaning house
