New year new Routines | happy Health happy wealth

We are 16 days into the new year and things are going well. Even the bad moments I say are good because it’s revealing true colors and mindset. It’s great because I get to try out saying no to those who hurt me, I do not have time for those who neglected me and more time for myself and happiness.

I had to create myself a routine and a schedule and I mean a real one down to every 2 hours what I should be doing and focusing on. Having a newborn, 3 year old, work, a business and a life outside of these walls is hard work but I am down for it. Sometimes we have to be strict and disciplined with self to achieve.

On a side note, I’m craving biscuits and gravy …

But instead I’m having crackers with a few things to top it with and a body armor so mommy can keep her supply up and be a little healthy.
