The workout: 4 sets of 10 beginners, 4 sets 15 intermediate, 4 sets of 20 advance, 4 sets of 25 for the hard asses!

- Plank to Bear (knee to chest)
- Squat to Sprawl
- Seated knee to chest sit ups (single legged if your feeling fancy)
