Time: 25-30 min.

Exercises: 4

Breaks: 15-30 seconds for those weight, looking to gain strength or muscle 30-90 seconds

Weights / bands optional

The workout: 4 sets of 10 beginners, 4 sets 15 intermediate, 4 sets of 20 advance, 4 sets of 25 for the hard asses!

  • Froggies
  • Plank to Bear (knee to chest)
  • Squat to Sprawl
  • Seated knee to chest sit ups (single legged if your feeling fancy)
