Late night Desserts

I think some of the most delicious or sinful desserts were made and or thought in the middle of the night. You ever had an idea just wake you out your sleep, well this is what these strawberry cheese cake squares did to me.

It all started with two blocks of cream cheese and the thought of a cheese cake but no pan. Hmmm 🤔

I made my filling like normal and folded in a ton of strawberries

I think thought ok, I could eat it like this but then I said nope I’m gonna use these crackers. So I filled them to capacity and put them in the freezer to set. When I tell you it was amazing! Must try! Probably been done before but not bad to repeat 😂.
