Recharge the warrior in you

Have you taken a moment to recharge. One thing I love about this new book is that it breaks down the poses and the best time to use them. These poses are also safe for women who are pregnant, just make sure use a wall if needed for Warrior III.

Remember the inner you is just as important as the outer. Go into each pose with a positive mindset and controlled breathing. You are worth 15 min. You are worth it all.
