Staying in Saturday | Offering | Easy Holistic health tips

I never thought I’d be one of those people asking for the rain to stop. I love the rain and what it does for the plants but this rain lately has been damaging the environment and I do not like that. I don’t mind staying inside but to see parks, roads and rivers flooded, trees and buildings down, gardens ruined, and people missing or worse killed I rather the rain to stop. Or at least calm down. But with rain brings beauty and sometimes a cold.

With the weather changing constantly and Covid looking to sticking around staying protected and healthy is important. For health and Holistic reasons I am not vaccinated so I must be sure I take my vitamins, eat right, wear my mask, and add a few remedies to my daily routine to keep from getting sick. Though no immune system is perfect and no remedy if full proof these things have been proven to lower risk and improve recovery and results.

  • Steaming with Eucalyptus and Peppermint oil
  • Turmeric and ginger shot for pain, inflammation, and aches
  • tea (lemon, ginger, honey)
  • -a teaspoon of garlic daily

Starting the day with meditation and yoga I believe also helps improve the immune system when your body is in balance I believe your have less flare ups. It’s Saturday and I have taken a morning bath to relax my muscles, blogged, taking my vitamins and spoken to you. Though it’s raining we are upbeat, productive and staying healthy.
