The process of finding your peace is just as important as keeping it. Keep meditating, doing your yoga, mantras, healing sessions with self and releasing negative energy. Your peace is worth the effort of healing. A great healing crystal is amethyst, a great centered friend of mine got hers a few days ago. She reports feeling more at peace and in harmony.

I think my favorite food combo is ginger and garlic. The benefits of them both alone make them a great by themselves, combine them BOOM in your mouth! Plus did you know ginger is great for your tummy, as well as ginger for inflammation.
