New week, new opportunities! Repeat it again until you feel and believe it. As you get ready for work (at home or in the office) don’t forget to center (meditate), heal (yoga/workout) and fuel (eat). Here is a workout that will get those legs burning and get you results if done consistently.

Monday morning workout

Beginners : 5-8 reps

Intermediate: 9-12 reps

Advance: 15-20 reps

  • Drop squats
  • One legged squat with bands
  • Weighted jump body squat
  • Weighed lunges
  • Fire hydrants with bands
