After a day of work and missing lunch, a nice snack before dinner was needed. I had some left over salmon that I needed to use anyway.

Quick steps:
- Chop salmon, season, form into patties
- Seer on both sides, finish in the over. Add lemon
- Garlic spread is great
- I used jasmine rice

At this point you want to throw them in the oven for about 10 mins.
