How are you feeling mentally today? I have seen a lot of things circling the internet, from Grammy nominations to the basing of people and their mental health.
What does depression look like? Because it comes in many forms and circumstances that alone mean we need to be mindful and respectful of one another.
Here are a few common signs:

From artist to your neighbor, we all go through depression. But knowing the signs, acknowledging them and doing something about them is where we kick depression in the face.
Things like
- Walks
- Yoga
- Meditation
- Medical marijuana
- Mental health groups
- Diet changes
- A day to self
- Weekend regroup
And more can make depression easier to deal with.
Keep candles/ scents in your purse and desk can come in handy when the stress or depression piles on. Depending on the season depends on my scents and array at my desk
