Thrive & Accomplish Monday | Whats to Come

Good morning!!! Today’s smoothie: 1 banana, 1 strawberry yogurt, 1 table spoon flax seeds & 2 squirts on Moringa

(Moringa: Great for energy, Full of vitamins, Reduce inflammation & Comes in powder/ liquid.)

This week we will focus on thriving and accomplishing. We will set goals big and small and accomplish them all. We will be all we can be this week.

What’s to come

Monday: Yoga with me at 7pm est.

Tuesday: Challenge starts (100 squats, 100 leg raises, 100 shoulder taps & 100 push ups)

Wednesday: Mindfulness and Self Care

Thursday: Thirsty Thursday – all about hydration

Friday: FYNE Friday
