I can’t express enough the importance of water. Water not only hydrates but it heals, grows, and replenishes. But did you know being hydrated doesn’t just mean drinking water, it’s eating the right foods as well.
Your body is made of water, 60% to be exact. For your body to be as its peak, hydration and balance is key. This balance is also known as alkalized.
Did you know every water is not made the same, some are just down right bad for you. The brand of you drink simply could be why your not as hydrate, balanced and or healthy as you should be.
The body’s level of alkaline is rated from 1-10, 7 being neutral; your level being lower than 7 can cause many issues. Low alkaline levels mean high acid levels; high acid will lead to many issues such as
- Nausea
- Bloating
- Heart issues
- Immune system issues
- Respiratory issues
- Arthritis
- Inflammation and much more
So what do you do to get your self back into the swing of things EAT! Yes I said it, eat! But eat with knowledge of what your putting into your body.
