Depression is real no matter how much we try to laugh it off, pretend or fight it behind closed doors… it’s real and if we do not notice the signs, bring awareness and fight the battle head on we will continue to loss.
I don’t know about you but I’m tired of crying, the mood swings, and the flare ups from my illness. I want to be free of the past to live my future. Hard times are going to come, but we make them harder when we:
- don’t realize yesterday, is yesterday.
- somethings are no longer in our Control
- That We must forgive to grow and grow to succeed

YOU CAN DO THIS my last blog article provided tips on fighting depression with activities, the 3 steps on the process of overcoming anxiety but what I forgot exercise and diet. What you eat and how you workout before during and after this time is critical. As I stated in my last article these are practices, they must be done daily for the best results. Don’t stop just because you feel good today, take note and strive to have more Days like it. Create routines and make routines habits that will better you and your family.
