Yoga naturally releases toxins, negative energy… yoga also builds strength, increases flexibility, aligns your chakras and attracts positive energy and outcome. I do yoga after every workout. Balancing your energy is key after straining activities like workouts, a bad day, work etc.

The number 8 also means strength. I love doing 8 counts on my workouts and poses it truly does give me a sense of order, peace and a new start once I’m finished. Release and Rejuvenate

⁃ Glute kickbacks 2 x 15 : these do not need to be fast, no need to elevate your heart rate. Just breath in deep, slowly release with each kick back. Hold for 8 seconds

⁃ Cat/cow pose: 8 deep slow breaths: calms the mind

⁃ Child’s pose: 8 deep slow breaths: relaxations and rejuvenate

⁃ Bridge Pose: 8 deeps slow breaths: release stress and depression

⁃ Warrior 1: 8 deep slow breaths: improve focus and stability
