Let me say this loud and clear … I LOVE FOOD. My favorite channel is the cooking channel (and the business channel), I 3 meals a day faithful and again I LOVE FOOD. So please don’t think all I eat is salad and smoothies all day. I eat in moderation and according to my health. We all have different body types, have different health conditions and some are just down right allergic to certain foods. In that I’ve found mixing what I love with what I need.

Here are a few dishes I made this week.

Dish 1:

Porterhouse steak, fresh cucumber and tomato salad & Mac and cheese

Dish 2:

Baked potato with cheese, sour cream and turkey bacon
