Working out doesn’t have to be stressful or boring. Regardless if your working out alone, with your kids or friends; you can spice it up with these fun ideas:
– add music- music is not only motivating but can put you in a positive head space while working out. (Check out the workout page for my workout play list)
– add a exercise ball- I love mine, keeps me balanced, core strong, I do crunches with my partner with it and my daughter loves to just roll around on it
– add insensitives for accomplishing your goal. Insensitive give you something to look forward to, so not only are you getting FYNE, your not missin out on your favorite activities, wine, or whatever else you may love.
