Sometimes it’s hard to eat healthy in the morning. From getting ready for work, taking the kids to school and seeing your spouse off to work. We have a habit of cooking for others and not ourselves, we need fuel and energy as well.
A way I do this is cutting up fruit ahead of time, berries are essential to your health, adding watermelon and pineapples add other key health notes needed to keep you healthy inside and out. So in the morning all I have to do is put it in a bowl and began my day. Sometimes I walk around the house getting the kids ready with the bowl in my hand.
Also I buy @Chobani to go yogurt drink. I love these, they come in various flavors and for a extra boost I add flaxseeds.
Flaxseeds: Omega-3 essential fatty acids, “good” fats that have been shown to have heart-healthy effects
Berries: packed with antioxidants, called anthocyanins, that may help keep memory sharp as you age, and raspberries contain ellagic acid, a compound with anti-cancer properties
Pinapples: Immune system support, Bone strength, & Eye health just to name a few
Watermelon: significant levels of vitamins A, B6 and C, lots of lycopene, antioxidants and amino acids.
